Integrative Therapy Rooted in Awe, Depth, and Cultural Humility

What is it like
to
work together?

Therapy that helps you expand perspective and move toward a more grounded relationship with yourself.

Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that continue to shape how you see yourself, respond to challenges, and relate to other people. As we explore, I gently guide you toward the threshold, where shifts in perspective create space for meaning, self-understanding, and a more trusting relationship with yourself — rooted in your own worldview and what holds significance for you.

The foundations that guide this approach

Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can't quite name. Often, they have spent years adapting to others' expectations — slowly losing touch with themselves in the process. This can show up as anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, self-criticism, or a sense that life has become heavier than it should be. Trauma, loss, and difficult experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and the world.

The foundations of my work offer a space to slow down, understand where these patterns come from, and reconnect with yourself — more honestly, and more compassionately.

About Amanda

My path to psychotherapy began with a longstanding curiosity about human connection, meaning, and transformation. Before becoming a therapist, I spent twenty years working in nonprofit communications for environmental and human services organizations. Across every role, I found myself drawn to the same questions: What helps people feel connected? What gives life purpose? What allows meaningful change to occur?

Those questions ultimately led me to psychotherapy. Today, my work integrates evidence-based therapies with a depth-oriented and culturally humble approach that helps people move beyond insight alone and develop a deeper trust in themselves, creating space for meaningful change.
