Session information & fees

Therapy sessions are available in person in Tucson, Arizona
While virtual sessions may be available occasionally when needed, I generally recommend in-person work whenever possible, as I believe it creates greater space for connection, presence, and depth in the therapeutic process.

Sessions are integrative, meaning I draw from several evidence-based approaches depending on your needs rather than following a single method. Conversation is an important part of therapy, but the work is also experiential. You may find yourself exploring memories, sensations, or new perspectives on old stories. Modalities include EMDR, narrative, and existential therapy.
