Individual therapy for a deeper connection with yourself

I offer individual therapy for adults who are ready to step across the threshold and move toward something more — more clarity, more freedom, more aliveness. Our work together is collaborative, experiential, and shaped entirely around you.

Areas of focus

— Trauma, PTSD, and abuse

— Anxiety and depression

— Substance use and process addiction

— Identity, culture, and belonging

— Spirituality and meaning-making

— Codependence and boundaries

— Mindfulness and emotional regulation

— Stress and life transitions

Together, we follow the thread of what matters most to you — building insight, resilience, and a deeper relationship with yourself.

Therapeutic approaches

  • You are the expert on your own life. Person-Centered therapy means I follow your lead — your pace, priorities, and goals. I hold space for the full complexity of your identity, including your faith, family background, cultural roots, and lived experience, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process painful memories that feel stuck. Using bilateral stimulation — often guided eye movements — we gently work through experiences that continue to affect how you feel and function today.

  • Narrative Therapy invites you to examine the stories you've been told — or have told yourself — about who you are. Together, we explore where those stories came from and whether they still serve you, opening space for a more truthful and self-compassionate version of your life.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers concrete skills for managing difficult emotions, navigating relationships, and expanding your capacity for change.

  • Gestalt therapy brings awareness to the present moment — including what the body is holding — helping you connect thought, feeling, and sensation in ways that create real and lasting change.

I use an interdisciplinary approach and draw on whichever modality or modalities best fit your needs and goals.

Your success is the most important consideration

Beyond the modalities is the person of the therapist.

Studies have shown that the most consistent factor in therapeutic progress is the relationship with the therapist. Your success is the most important consideration. If at any point you feel we are not a good fit, I welcome the feedback and am happy to make a referral to a therapist who will meet your needs.

This work might be right for you if…

— You are ready to go beneath the surface — not just to feel better, but to understand yourself more fully

— You are curious about your own inner life and open to being guided into the work, even if you are not sure where to start

— You have a sense that something has been left unspoken — in previous therapy, in your relationships, or simply within yourself

— You are navigating something difficult — trauma, recovery, addiction, identity, or a life that no longer fits — and are ready to meet it with honesty and depth

— You are willing to own your own growth and provide feedback about what is working and what is not in therapy
